



There are an estimated 5,000 homeless people in Ireland at any one time; a particularly large figure (one homeless person is one too many) for a relatively small and sparcely populated country. A further 630,000 live in "relative poverty" and 1 in 5 children are "at risk" of poverty. Economic hardships and unemployment are major issues Ireland has been faced with over the last four decades, a resultant of which has been the widening of the gap between the wealthy and the impoverished, the latter left without the voice or rights they deserve; left out of focus.
is a educative photography project providing skills, training, a voice, and a stage on which to use them. Though participation, dedication and aspiration 20 volunteers from Ireland's excluded class represent the world through their eyes, a new perspective on burning issues, through the medium of photography.
